The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.
There is almost no footage of us, sadly... our whole video library was apparently destroyed. I found precisely ONE tape that had a full show, from the Iron Horse - fortunately it was in decent shape, so I've digitized that here: https://vimeo.com/album/3867325

I also found a tape with a crazy assortment, pieces of several shows, an interview after a Battle of the Bands... sound quality isn't good, but it's what's there. Someday I could possibly fly in better audio for the Pearl Street and Granny Killam's parts if I can dig up the tapes:

Finally, there are also two weird clips from The Paradise in Boston, when we opened for Ominous Seapods:

I have two other mini-shows, one from Turner's Falls Shea Theater, but the audio quality is HORRIBLE, and one from Groton, MA, but the audio is all out of whack... I'm hoping I can fix that, but it will take some time. If anything good comes of that I'll post it somewhere.
Thanks for remembering!
