Nice. Happy to see this jam getting some attention ... I had the fortunate pleasure of hitting the shows on this tour from 6/16-7/2 -- and it was WILD! There were only a few hundred folks at this gig, I think ... pretty small place. This Wolfman's remains one of my favourites. I know the 3/1/97 performance captured on Slip, Stitch & Pass busted that tune open, and the London Wolfman's on 6/16 stays in that same funk territory (as does the Ireland performance, but I didn't catch that one). This 6/24 Wolfman's showed us how the band could push out of the Brother's funk and create some beautiful spontaneous compositions ... and I think it showed the band just how much more of a beast this tune could be ... the Reba that followed this is HOT! Love a 2nd set Reba! I'd love to see the band release this Euro '97 summer tour ... it was like seeing the band for the first time again with that huge batch of new tunes they bombarded us with night after night ... great times ...
